Many are backing Modi for Prime Ministrial candidate. And even some leaders say that people wants him to be the PM.And if he becomes PM,will he follow the same model which he followed in Gujarat or does he has any other different plan or model for the country? So what if he follows the same state model? Is there any drawbacks in that model? If there is any, how it could be corrected to suit the country?
According to the statistics, it is said that Modi has concentrated only on the economic development of the state. The major change is in the area of power generation.Every villages in Gujarat has power lines. So does it mean like if you want to make your state bright, you need to make every houses in the state bright. Then what are the ways to make the people in that houses bright? Does this play any role in the deveopment of the state? But Gujarat is lagging behind in the area of Information Technology and Information Technology enabled services. According to the analysis done by an analyst firm, it is due to lack of talent pool in the state. There are two reasons for the lack of talent pool. 1)Thers is no good engineering institutes. 2)They are not promoting education in english. And from another survey,it was known that the hunger index in Gujarat is 7 which ranks Gujarat in the 11th place. And some say that he ruled Gujarat with iron hand.
So from the things that I have read, I found out that there are some drawbacks. I dont know if there are more. The question is "Can the model followed by Modi be implemented nation wide?"

Mukund
"So does it mean like if you want to make your state bright, you need to make every houses in the state bright ? " This line is very raw . You could have put it like " Though sufficient power capacity for a state is an essentiality and also a thing to be appreciated and followed by other states too , Does taht alone help in the over-all growth of a state and its people ? "
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing that supports ur statement " some say that he ruled Gujarat with iron hand. " . And it sounds political .!
ReplyDeleteApart from these two, what else do you think is not appropriate?

Ans to 8th point :
DeleteActually at that line I am not talking about power capacity.....The government should ask itself if enlightening the people in every house helps in the growth rather than getting satisfied with the sufficient power capacity
what do you mean by " enlightening the people in every house " ???
